k. If you wish to do dynamic analysis, repeat steps i and j with the following specifications:

i. Dynamic vectorless: Power Analysis Mode: Dynamic – Vectorless. Select powergrid libraries generated from power_library. Rest of the procedure remains same as in step i and step j.

ii. Dynamic vectored: Power Analysis Mode: Dynamic – Vectorebased. Run Power Analysis: Load VCD file that was created in frontend design tutorials on cadence tools.

l. Rail Analysis – set mode

i. Power & Rail → Set Rail Analysis Mode

ii. PowerGrid Libraries: power_library/fast_allcells.cl

iii. Analysis View: typical_view

iv. Advanced tab: Temperature: 25 Degree Celsius (for our case, typical view temperature is 25 deg C)

v. Hit OK
