16.  Using Script: This entire flow can be automated. Instead of using design_vision (which uses a GUI) one can use design compiler.

The script to execute the flow can be downloaded from here: dc_shell.tcl

a.  Type: dc_shell

Be sure that you have typed ‘Synopsys_New’ before and that [Synopsys_New] appears in the prompt.

b.  source dc_shell.tcl

Type ‘exit’ once execution is over.
