Overview

This IC Design section covers three different categories, specifically tutorials, distribution of cell libraries and CAD tools. The primary purpose of the section is to contribute to education and research in IC and VLSI design. We will try to maintain tutorials up-to-date and  appreciate your feedback.

• Tutorials: ADS, Cadence, and Synopsys CAD tools for analog/RF IC design such as circuit simulation and layouts and for VLSI design such as logic synthesis and P&R.
• Cell Libraries: TSMC 0.18 um and 0.25 um CMOS cell libraries and TSMC 0.35 um RAM compiler in Cadence design environment
• CAD Tools: Source code for two fault simulators and two automatic test pattern generators (ATPGs)
